Terms of sale

All products supplied by Recon Water, LLC are for research use only and are not for human or veterinary use. By ordering you confirm that you are purchasing on that basis and that you are authorized to do so.

Submitting the order form sends a request, not a binding order. Prices shown are per vial and subject to availability. An order exists once we have confirmed it in writing and issued an invoice.

Payment terms are stated on each invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, orders are prepaid and are released for shipping once payment clears.

Shipping costs and lead times are confirmed on the invoice. Risk passes to the buyer on dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Inspect your shipment on arrival. Report shortages or damage within five business days of delivery, with photographs, and we will replace or credit the affected goods. Opened vials cannot be returned.

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for how products are used after delivery.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
